2. You will have to download the undertaking form & sign it. This form has to be uploaded during form submission.

4. The shortlisted candidates will be notified through SMS or Email.
5. Payment of fees will complete the admission process. Payment can be made offline.
In offline payment mode there are 3 options
1. Pay through Bank.
2. Pay by Cash.
3. Pay by Demand Draft.
6. All information regarding payment of Hostel fees will be informed to candidate once he/she is shortlisted
   by Managing Committee.
7. The Hostel admits only limited number of students.
8. Selection criteria will be decided by Management Authorities.
9. Students will be notified through SMS or Email after the rooms have been allocated.

Please read the instructions very carefully before you proceed with filling the form online.

1. Mobile no. of student is mandatory for filling admission form.
   (Note: Use only one mobile no. for single admission form.)
2. You will need a valid mobile number for verification.
   The OTP generated during verification, has to be entered at the end of the form submission.
3. Candidates are requested to keep scanned copies of following documents ready before they start filling the form:
   1. Passport Photo*
   2. Aadhaar Card Front Side*
   3. Aadhaar Card Back Side*
   4. Last Exam Marksheet*
   5. College Admission Receipt*
   6. Caste Certificate (If any)
   7. Undertaking*
   8. Physical Disability Certificate (If any)
   (Documents marked * are mandatory. Only image format is accepted less than 200 KB)
4. Candidates are requested to keep following bank details ready before they start filling form as it will be required
   to refund hostel deposit to them while leaving hostel:
   1. Bank Account Number
   2. Bank Account Holder Name
   3. Bank Name
   4. Branch
   5. IFSC Code
5. Scanned copies of documents should be of .png, .jpg and .jpeg formats with maximum size of 500 KB each.
6. Note that uploaded scanned copies should be clearly visible.
7. Once form is submitted, candidate will not be able to make any changes in the form.
